A delicious blend of calming herbs including Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Linden Flowers, Lavender and Rose petals, all of which are natural calmatives which will help ease away the stress and tensions of the day. 

To use, simply infuse a couple of teaspoons of the herbal mix into hot water for 5-10 minutes then strain and drink your cares away. If you like your tea on the sweeter side, you can add a little honey too.
