hi all! just after some advice - has anyone got any crystals they advise travelling with? I’m going away to menorca on saturday with tom’s family and am just wondering what the best crystals to travel with are? I’ve packed black tourmaline, aquamarine and blue calcite so far, and will probably pick some based on intuition before I go but if anyone has any specific recommendations 🌴🌊🤍✨

just thought it might be fun to share one of my favourite ways to manifest / make affirmations to myself. I often interchange manifesting with affirmations and positive self talk as it’s something that really helps me with my self-confidence and positive energy, especially as a young wxman !! I can’t remember who told me this tip or where I heard it, but someone said listening to or singing along to music that is self deprecating or is full of negative self talk (think songs about loneliness, worthlessness, breakup songs that could be interpreted to be self deprecating) can negatively impact your mindset towards yourself if that makes sense. Singing those words out loud (which if you’re like me singing in the car you’ll do all the time) can be really subconsciously damaging to your self confidence and can actually manifest negative energy! I created a playlist on Spotify (my favourite thing to do, have a look at my profile if you’re interested I have been making monthly playlists of my favourite songs since 2015) of all my favourite positive affirmation songs / songs with empowering lyrics ! most of the songs are by powerful wxmen whom I admire, and all are super groovy tunes that are super uplifting and powerful and that are not at the expense of others/don’t bring others down!
